On Sunday I headed out with the guys from Bushfield to run to favorite route, Haddon. I'm sure you've read about this route before but it boast's a big hill at around the mile 6 mark.
I ran with George and as you can see from the splits we ran at a really comfortable pace, I can see I'm getting quicker though and able to keep my faster pace up for prolonged periods of time. I was really chuffed with myself as not only did it feel comfortable and enjoyable but I tackled the hill for the first time and made it to the top without stopping.
Total time: 1:49 minutes. (the first time I did this it took me 1:59)
