I aimed to go to the gym twice this week, but both mornings I physically couldn't drag myself out of bed, I've come off my medication and it's really making me feel run down, so I'm giving myself a little rest before I up my game again. I'm away again this weekend & once I'm back GER training properly starts, including cross training so gym I'm coming for you.
